Safe and Easy Commute

Janapriya School Transport Service is a convenience provided to our parents to facilitate a safe and easy commute for their students. All drivers of JSTS are fully trained, holding RTA issued heavy driving licence and participate in our ongoing drivers’ training sessions for school bus safety.

All our buses are installed with a GPS Trackers and mobile contact numbers for every Route are available on our website. Parents could log onto www.janapriya.school/transport to track the bus. There is a designated JSTS Operations Executive / Customer Care Executive (OE / CCE) for each school branch whose name and contact details are also available on the website.

Enroll for Transport

To avail the School Transport Services, Parent must enrol their Student by 12th of June, by filing the application & declaration form along with the first term payment. Choose the Bus Stop point convenient for you and make the payment at the Fee Counter along with the acknowledgement and declaration form.

School Transport Services are available strictly on Pre-Paid basis only. Services will be discontinued in case of non-payment. Please refer to JSTS Rules for further details.

Note to Parents :
  1. All buses have designated pick up and drop off points.
  2. The travel time may vary depending on the number of students / change in route.
  3. It is the responsibility of the parent(s) to ensure that their child / children is/are at the pick-up point at the designated time. Buses will not leave from collection points ahead of schedule. However, buses will not be able to wait at pick-up points after the scheduled time. Due to traffic delays buses may arrive at pick-up and drop-off points behind schedule.
  4. Transport Services cannot be availed by students of Play School, Nursery, KG1, KG2 or students with special needs, unless accompanied by an elder sibling in class 6 or higher.

Transport Terms & Policies

  • Enrolment Fee : In order to avail the School Transport Services parents must fill up the Declaration Form and pay ₹200 towards Enrolment by May 25th.
  • Criteria to Avail Transport Service : For safety reasons Transport Services cannot be availed by students of Play School, Nursery, KG1, KG2 or Students with special needs, unless accompanied by an elder sibling in class 6 or higher.
  • Pick Up & Drop Off : All buses have designated pick-up and drop-off points. It is the responsibility of the parent(s) to ensure that their child / children is/are at the pick-up point at the designated time. Buses will not leave from collection points ahead of schedule. However, buses will not be able to wait at pick-up points after the scheduled time. Due to traffic delays buses may arrive at pick-up and drop-off points behind schedule. The travel time may vary depending on the number of students / change in route.
  • Transport Fee : Transport Fee is based on Kilometres & payable in Monthly, Single Term or Three Term Schedule. The Transport services are available strictly on pre-paid basis only and Parents must pay in advance for the Term approaching. The due date falls on the 25th of a month as per the payment schedule selected.
  • Oneway Transport : Once a student enrols for Transport Service, a seat is reserved for them for Pick-up & Drop-off, hence if any Parent wishes to arrange personal transport for one way, Parent needs to submit a declaration letter for the same. No refund or discount can be extended under any case.
  • Discount : Parent could choose to pay in Single Term to avail 10% discount or in Three Terms to avail 5% discount. No Sibling Discounts are applicable.
  • Withdrawal of Services by School : Students are expected to follow the Bus Behaviour Code at all times to aid in safe commute of the fellow students. Any indiscipline or damages could lead to Parent-Principal meeting and further to withdrawal of services.
  • Discontinuation of Services by Parent : Transport Facility once availed will not be discontinued during the term. No refund in case of withdrawal will be made for the unexpired portion of the term.
  • Change of Address : Parents must submit a written request to change the bus collection point and any difference in the fee, calculated from date of change, must be paid in advance in case of deficit or will be adjusted to next term in case of surplus.
  • Non-Payment of Fee : Transport services are available strictly on pre-paid basis only. Non-Payment could lead to withdrawal of services & deletion of Student’s name from Transport Services List within 15 days from the due date. An Enrolment Fee of ₹200 would have to be paid again to re-enrol for the Transport Services.
  • Mode of Payment : You may make your payment by Cash, Card or Online. Fee Counter is open during school hours and on the 1st Sunday of every month for your convenience. Visit www.janapriya.school/payment to make your payment online or use the School App.
  • Refund : Fee once paid will not be refunded.
